Our range of rose, lavender, lilac and elderflower syrups and jams are seasonally available through spring and summer.
Our seasonal small batch artisan floral syrups are crafted from fresh and highly fragrant edible flowers grown organically at our farm in the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges.
Our syrup contains only fresh flower petals, Australian organic sugar and local spring water. Free from preservatives and artificial flavours and colours, we have achieved a highly fragrant and vibrantly coloured syrup with a genuine floral flavour and aroma.
Made to order, our syrups must be refrigerated and used within 4 weeks of creation. Due to the natural quality of our syrups, slight variation in colour and flavour will occur between each uniquely crafted batch.
Seasonally available from November to March, pre-orders can be made for the coming flower season. We release a very limited volume of our highly sought after syrups and often sell out during the season. We strongly recommend placing your pre-order well in advance of the flower season kicking off in November to avoid disappointment.
