Shipping policy

Foraged Flavour Pty Ltd offers three options for receiving your goods.

Deliveries to selected regions of Metropolitan Melbourne Every Friday

For orders being shipped to Metro Melbourne, orders must be received by 7pm Wednesday to be delivered to Melbourne the following Friday. Someone must be home to received the goods delivered. We will not leave goods unattended as they are perishable items and have specific storage requirements.

Areas of Metropolitan Melbourne eligible for direct delivery by our Friday service is at our discretion and does not service all areas of Metropolitan Melbourne.

We are unable to specify or guarantee delivery times.

Postage

Orders outside of our delivery zone are posted with Australia Post every Wednesday. Orders must be received by 7pm Monday to be posted on the following Wednesday. Only our Dried Edible Flower Products are delivered via Australia Post. Our fresh edible flowers are unable to be posted due to their perishable nature. We are unable to guarantee postage arrival dates as this is outside our control.

Farm Gate Collection

Orders of fresh and dried edible flowers are able to be collected at our farm gate in Glenlyon by appointment only. Orders cannot be collected without prior arrangement.
